Our client teams are typically made up of three to five McKinsey consultants with the appropriate skill set and experience, including a team leader. The team is responsible for the day-to-day progress of the project. At least one partner spends significant time with the team and the client and ensures that the best global McKinsey experts and latest distinctive insights are brought to the client.
