About Kristi

Kristi leads the Organization work in our Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail Practices across the Americas as well as our Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail Practices in the Midwest. She advises consumer-packaged-goods and retail organizations on a range of projects, including organizational design and transformation, postmerger management, category strategy, innovation and growth, and retailer collaboration and sales strategy.

Kristi has been involved in more than 30 organizational efforts, including selling, general and administrative reduction, postmerger management, organizational design for effectiveness, and growth and transformation since joining the firm in 2004.

Examples of Kristi’s recent client work includes the following:

  • leading the integration of two large North American apparel companies with a focus on synergy capture and organization design
  • delivering a large-scale general and administrative reorganization and global redesign program for a large quick-service restaurant chain, focused on setting up global shared services and a large-scale corporate restructuring program
  • developing an operating-model design project for a leading department store chain, focused on creating a model for growth and efficiency
  • delivering a new organizational design capability across 100 markets for a leading global retailer—designing the organizational structure, developing role descriptions, and supporting the talent-selection approach across functions
  • leading a global strategic-category review and developing an optimal portfolio—strengthening brand health and improving margins at a Fortune 500 consumer-goods company, including sizing the investments required to achieve the growth aspiration
  • designing a profit-improvement program for a single-category market leader which resulted in a doubling of profitability—integrating a major acquisition, delivering pricing and design-to-value programs, and operations transformation
  • setting up the integration-management office for two newly merged food companies and helping multiple teams position the combined organizations for both growth and retail and food-service category leadership, and to achieve  cost synergies
