Back to How We Help Clients

Green Business Building

We work with clients to create and scale new businesses that address the climate crisis and help build a more sustainable future.

Most business leaders, investors, policymakers, and individuals accept that the world faces a climate crisis. McKinsey research shows that about $275 trillion of cumulative spending on physical assets would be needed over the next three decades under NGFS’s (Network for Greening the Financial System) net-zero 2050 scenario. This presents an enormous opportunity for visionary leaders to seed and grow new green businesses that will reshape the world for a sustainable future.

We partner with ambitious entrepreneurs and innovators inside corporations—either independent or backed by investment firms—to help them and their teams define and capture the full potential of new ideas for green businesses. Our purpose is to:

  • create and scale sustainable businesses to support a 1.5°-degree pathway to net zero
  • develop the sustainability leaders of the future
  • generate shareholder value by growing global GDP
