Mieke has led major transformations of companies in corporate, retail, and private banking. She works closely with European banks to renew their business models through applying digital and advanced analytics supported by capability-building programs.
Her deep expertise in M&A helps companies successfully manage this difficult transition. She then helps them extract the maximum benefits through her skill in all the facets of merger management, including culture, change management, operating models, leadership alignment, and value capture. Her proven expertise and track record has led her to work across multiple sectors on some of the most important deals in Europe.
