About Sylvain

Sylvain is a partner in McKinsey’s Geneva office. He serves insurance companies and banks on a range of topics including corporate and business-unit strategy, multi-channel transformations, and risk and investment management.

Sylvain leads our work on multichannel insurance in Europe, and is a member of our European Insurance and Asset Management Practice. He has extensive project experience in Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, France, the United Kingdom, the United States, and North Africa.

In recent projects, Sylvain has supported insurers on their 2020 business strategies, restructuring programs, multi-channel transitions, and marketing and sales priorities. He serves insurance clients across life, property and casualty, and commercial lines.

Sylvain holds a master’s degree in communication systems from EPFL in Lausanne and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
