Rachel is a senior partner at McKinsey based in our London office. She coleads our global R&D efforts within our Life Sciences Practice on R&D strategy, portfolio prioritization, and performance transformation.
Since joining in 2007, Rachel has served a broad range of life sciences clients, including Big Pharma, biotechs, and medtech companies as well as private capital investors. Her main areas of client service are: therapeutic, disease, and modality strategies; portfolio and individual asset strategies; end-to-end acceleration of assets and programs; R&D and commercial operating-model redesign and transformation for improved performance of processes, governance, technology, and talent; and implementation and change management across comprehensive transformation. She also leads our support for life sciences and healthcare clients, both payer and provider, in the UK and Ireland.
