Eduardo is a partner in McKinsey’s Bogotá office who works with retail and consumer goods companies in the region to achieve new horizons of growth and efficiencies by leveraging digitalization and data analytics.

- leading large-scale transformations for multiple retailers in the region
- designing the route-to-market strategy for an electronics player, enabling its entry into different countries in Latin America
- designing the market entry strategy for a regional food player
- developing the blueprint for a fintech business targeted toward the base of the pyramid, anchored in lending with multiple products and services
- defining the corporate purpose and portfolio strategy for a consumer goods player
- designing and building a digital retail pharmacy business for a healthcare group in Latin America
