Our work on Risk and Ethics & Compliance is guided by a dual purpose: to enable client impact and innovation, and manage risks to our clients, firm, and people.
We do this through four areas. Enterprise Risk Management assures risk transparency and priorities, policies, and governance. Risk Culture empowers our 30,000+ colleagues with knowledge and behaviors to manage risk. Client Service Risk advises on how to manage risk in our client work. Ethics & Compliance ensures we meet the standards we and others expect of us.
