Uzayr is a partner based in McKinsey’s Toronto office and a leader in the firm’s Commercial and Transaction Banking Practice in North America. He works with financial services incumbents and disruptors around the world to help them unlock growth.

Some of his recent client work includes the following:

  • Leading an operating model transformation for a transaction banking franchise
  • Unlocking growth by developing new, better risk models and processes for a bank
  • Supporting numerous exit preparations, including IPOs, trade sales, and joint-venture partnerships, for fintech players

Uzayr is passionate about the role of technology in enabling access to financial services.

In his spare time, he enjoys marathon running and entertaining his three children.
