Tracy has over two decades of business leadership experience across consumer, retail, and healthcare industries in the Americas. She helps leading companies take a holistic view of shifts in market dynamics to find new sources of growth, scale digital transformations, and accelerate performance.

In her previous role of Chief Marketing Officer, Tracy oversaw global marketing, communications, publishing, and reputation at McKinsey, and was responsible for thought leadership, as well as the strategy to reach, engage, and communicate with clients and stakeholders globally.
