Jung is a partner in McKinsey’s Boston office, where she coleads our work in corporate business functions (G&A) and shared services. Her expertise lies in redesigning operating models and administrative processes, helping organizations harness automation and AI to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Jung works across sectors, including healthcare, higher education, and the public sector, partnering with leaders to deliver meaningful cost savings and lasting operational improvements. She also convenes a CHRO roundtable for executives across Greater Boston, fostering dialogue on the future of work.

Examples of her client work include:

  • supporting the leadership team of a regional healthcare system in realizing over $100 million in in-year bottom-line impact through operating model and organizational redesign across its G&A functions
  • designing the administrative function’s operating model for a leading university to improve service quality, streamline processes, and better utilize systems
  • helping a healthcare organization use data and AI-enabled tools to reduce critical vacancies and strengthen its talent sourcing and retention strategies
  • planning and supporting the implementation of shared services across a US state’s over 60 agencies across HR, finance, and procurement processes

In addition to her experience at McKinsey, Jung has also been part of the City of Boston’s strategic planning team and several nonprofit organizations, where she developed a passion for using data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive large-scale change.
