Jill is a senior partner in our New York office. The office's former managing partner, she also directed McKinsey’s work on wealth management in North America for seven years. Under her leadership, McKinsey acquired and integrated PriceMetrix, a data and analytics solution for financial advisers.

Jill has extensive expertise in financial services and in particular, asset management, alternative investments, and data and analytics. In addition to wealth and asset managers, insurance companies, global banks, and private-equity firms, she serves media, information services, software, and data companies. Jill brings a deep understanding of today’s consumer to advise on topics related to strategy, marketing, sales, distribution, and product selection. She is equally adept at designing corporate centers that promote growth and value creation.

The mother of three daughters, Jill is passionate about the recruitment and retention of women in the workforce. She is actively involved in McKinsey Women and responsible for founding the Dual Career Network, an initiative to support the personal and professional advancement of McKinsey colleagues and their partners as they balance two careers. Originally launched in McKinsey’s Northeast offices, the Dual Career Network has been so well received that Jill is now leading its expansion throughout the firm’s North America offices. A member of McKinsey’s Partner Election committee, Jill is proud to help identify and nurture future leaders of the firm. She was included in the Crain’s New York list of “Notable Women in Accounting and Consulting” for 2019.
