Arsen is a partner in McKinsey’s Amsterdam office and a member of the firm’s Tech & AI Practice. He focuses on the people and organizational side of technology and AI transformations. As a trusted adviser to CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs, Arsen addresses critical challenges in technology adoption, ways of working, and leadership alignment.
With a primary focus on the banking and telecom sectors, Arsen also brings extensive experience across energy and materials, insurance, and the public sector. He has worked across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, taking part in more than 50 transformations in more than 30 countries.
His recent client work includes:
- leading agentic product development life cycle (PDLC) implementations
- driving complex AI and operating model transformations
- researching and building agentic organizations
Before joining McKinsey, Arsen worked hands-on in AI and software engineering, as well as in IT strategy and implementation.
