Welcome to

McKinsey Black Network

McKinsey Black Network is a global community of colleagues and alumni committed to creating an environment where Black colleagues can advance, connect, and grow.

What we do

Our network leads initiatives to support the advancement of Black colleagues at McKinsey from recruiting through onboarding, professional development, and connectivity. We aspire to:

  • Attract Black talent to McKinsey through recruiting events, interview preparation, and career opportunities, such as the Sophomore Summer BA program and First Year Leadership Academy
  • Host training workshops for Black colleagues, ensuring they have the opportunity to grow and step into leadership positions at the firm
  • Organize an annual conference to foster both peer and mentoring relationships within the Black community at McKinsey
  • Help set McKinsey’s agenda for supporting the Black community—for example, through the creation of Our 10 Actions toward racial equity
  • Partner with other organizations supporting Black talent, including AfroTech and the National Black MBA Association
We strive to provide individuals with disabilities equal access to our website. If you would like information about this content we will be happy to work with you. Please email us at: McKinsey_Website_Accessibility@mckinsey.com
