Diversity Connect 2023

Diversity Connect supports the professional interests and growth of students who are pursuing a PhD, postdoc, MD and/or JD degree, with a focus on topics that may be of particular interest to individuals who self-identify as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, or Native American.

At McKinsey & Company, we believe that a diverse, inclusive culture enriches our creativity, innovation, and problem-solving abilities. We are excited to meet diverse advanced professional degree (APD) candidates who strive for meaningful change at our Diversity Connect event.

The two-day Diversity Connect virtual event includes an overview of management consulting and McKinsey today, small, interactive case workshops, activities to sharpen your interview skills, and engaging social activities, as well as exciting panels and speakers. You'll also have the opportunity to make personal connections with colleagues from our host networks: the McKinsey Black Network, Hispanic and Latino Network, and Indigenous at McKinsey.

We hope you’ll join us for this opportunity to learn about consulting and McKinsey and connect with your APD peers alongside a group of inspiring McKinsey professionals.
