Diversity Connect 2022

Diversity Connect supports the professional interests and growth of talented African American, Black, Hispanic, Latino, and Native American students who are pursuing a PhD, post-doctorate, MD, or JD degree.

At McKinsey, we believe a diverse, inclusive culture enriches our creativity, innovation, and problem-solving abilities. We are excited to meet diverse Advanced Professional Degree (APD) candidates who strive for meaningful change at our Diversity Connect event.

Diversity Connect was created to meet and support the professional interests and growth of talented African American, Black, Hispanic, Latino, and Native American students who are pursuing a PhD, post-doctorate, MD, or JD degree.

The two-day program includes an overview of management consulting and McKinsey today, small, interactive case workshops, activities to sharpen your interview skills, and engaging social activities as well as exciting panels and speakers.

We hope you’ll join us for this opportunity to learn about consulting and McKinsey and connect with your APD peers alongside a group of inspiring McKinsey professionals.

We will cover expenses to and from the event and one night at a hotel, if you are not local to the Washington, DC area.
