Senior Partner, Boston
Our Hispanic and Latino Network was founded in 2006 and now comprises hundreds of US- and Canada-based colleagues with Hispanic and Latino origins and backgrounds, as well as allies who wish to celebrate Hispanic and Latino culture. We support one another in many ways: mentorship opportunities, learning and development programs, connectivity events, and more. The Hispanic and Latino Network is open to all McKinsey colleagues regardless of self-identity or background.
Our conference, held every other year, is a special opportunity for some colleagues to gather, celebrate, and give back to the community. At our last conference, members volunteered their time to counsel local start-ups and advise high school students in the Boys and Girls Club of Puerto Rico on their careers.
In September 2019 we hosted our inaugural Hispanic & Latino Economic Forum in partnership with the Latino Corporate Director Association. More than 50 Hispanic and Latino senior executives across industries joined us in Washington, DC for a Davos-like event focused on the economic impact of advancing the Hispanic and Latino workforce in the US.
In addition to the above, we focus on recruiting exceptional talent to the firm, including Hispanic and Latino talent. We partner with organizations like the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and MBA and Undergraduate JumpStart, to name a few.
You can learn more about me on my profile page. Should you join us, I know that—like me—you’ll find our welcoming community one of the best aspects of your McKinsey experience. I hope to have the opportunity to meet you in person soon.
