Welcome! I am the global leader of Equal at McKinsey, our vibrant worldwide network of LGBTQ+ colleagues and supporters committed to supporting one another’s success and attracting other exceptional individuals into our community. Like all affinity networks, Equal is open to all Firm colleagues. I have been with McKinsey for almost two decades, and I am currently a senior partner in our Miami office.

I was born in Argentina, worked across Latin America, Europe, and North America, and now live in the US. I do most of my work in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice, where I have advised companies on a wide range of topics – from strategy definition to operational implementation leveraging artificial intelligence. And I’ve been deeply involved in diversity and inclusion initiatives as it is core to who I am and my career development. At McKinsey, we believe that exceptional can come from anywhere, and I aspire to support our colleagues in their experience and career advancement.

Equal at McKinsey provides peer support to Equal members and advises our firm on policies and benefits. We also have a formal Equal at McKinsey Allies group in every region. We realize that our, members may have different levels of comfort with being out, so our members can classify their membership status to reflect their desired level of participation.
