  • helping an expedition cruise company build and launch frictionless digital B2B platform to address all agent needs and scale it globally
  • supporting a fitness-industry group’s home fitness business build, including creating a new brand, developing customer content, designing and building the physical hardware, and finding the talent required to launch and grow the new business
  • rebuilding the digital-sales omnichannel platform for an airline
  • supporting a bank in the European market as it expanded its developmental and IT operations platform and focused on innovation while adopting cloud services
