In private capital, his work spans due diligence, portfolio company transformation, and market entry across equity, infrastructure, and credit; including 50+ transactions for leading investors, 40+ good-to-great transformations of portfolio companies across industries such as industrials, technology, media and telecommunications, banking, global energy and materials, consumer, and software, and over ten market-entry strategies for top private capital players.

In banking, he has supported 40+ institutions globally on strategy, digital builds, and balance sheet management—from neobank creation and holistic transformation programs to operating model redesign, private credit strategy, cost turnarounds, risk operating model reengineering, sustainability, and balance sheet optimization.

He is a board member of Generation, an education-focused NGO.

He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Navarra (with honors) and an MBA in finance from Columbia University (with honors). He is fluent in Spanish and English.
