Jon partners with executives at leading life insurance companies, wealth and asset managers, and employee benefits firms across North America. He also coleads McKinsey’s work in the North American retirement industry. He assists clients on strategy and growth programs, performance transformations, and capability building. He also provides expert knowledge on operations, digital and analytics, marketing, and distribution.
Jon publishes frequently on topics in life insurance and wealth management, including flagship reports on the future of life insurance and value creation in the US retirement market.
Jon has been active in pro-bono activities on the topics of sustainable finance and income inequality. He was a lead author on McKinsey’s thought leadership on ‘Focusing Capital on the Long Term,’ an initiative to further embed stakeholder capitalism into the actions of asset managers and asset owners.
