Björn’s industry experience spans aerospace and defense, automotive and assembly, medical devices, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, agriculture and oil and gas.

- recommending structural adjustments to a globally leading aerospace company
- transforming a leading South American advanced industries company, improving margin by more than eight percent
- leading the integration of an important acquisition made by a prominent South American automotive supplier
- transforming the Brazilian operation of a premium automotive OEM, generating gains of over ten percent in revenue
- reducing procurement spend for a leading construction materials company, increasing EBIT margin by more than three percent
