  • Leading the growth strategy for a leading grocery retailer, unlocking a multi-year transformation agenda and establishing the foundation for sustained topline growth and boosting overall profitability
  • Orchestrating a company-wide private label transformation for a major European retailer, strengthening sourcing capabilities, resetting assortment strategy, and supporting the relaunch
  • Shaping the global strategy and leading multiple country turnarounds for a top European grocery retailer, including serving as interim CFO and building lasting commercial and transformation capabilities
  • Leading a company-wide productivity and performance transformation for an international food and beverage company, integrating design-to-value, S&OP, and commercial excellence initiatives to reset strategy and boost profitability
