About Alexandra

Alexandra is one of the leaders in McKinsey’s Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products Practice in Europe. Since joining McKinsey, she has worked extensively in the pharmaceutical industry across a broad range of issues, such as R&D, medical affairs, growth strategies, organization, marking and sales, and digital and analytics.

Alexandra is passionate about improving the performance of medical affairs. Her work in the field spans organization design, defining strategies, and defining and implementing digital innovation, such as advanced analytics on electronic medical records.

Alexandra has led various projects on digital, analytics, and design. As an example, she has defined the digital strategy and digital lighthouse initiatives for a leading pharmaceutical company. Another project focused on customer experience design to define an innovative go-to-market model for product launch.

In addition, Alexandra has extensive experience in organizational transformations. She has led various operating model transformations and capability building efforts in large and mid-size pharmaceutical companies.
