We are supporting the conversation on mental health.

Our people are central to everything we do. To support their holistic health and well-being, we introduced a program called Mind Matters, where colleagues and their families can seek mental health resources on a confidential basis, and at no cost to them.

Putting standards into practice

As participants in the United Nations Global Compact, we support the Ten Principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anticorruption. We bring our commitments to life through our Values, our Code of Professional Conduct, and our policies and practices related to the environment, our people, our supply chain, and our professional standards.
