Her experience spans end-to-end R&D transformation, clinical development acceleration, medical transformation, lifecycle innovation, and the integration of digital and AI capabilities into development organizations. Vanessa has supported global organizations in reshaping how they prioritize portfolios, generate evidence, and execute development programs to improve productivity and long-term performance.
