A global leader of the reinvention unit within McKinsey’s Transformation Practice dedicated to transforming companies for growth. Also leads the Sustainability Practice in France and holds a pivotal role in the Financial Services Practice worldwide.

Formerly at the helm of the Financial Services Practice in France and with extensive experience in the US, Europe, and Africa, Sandra now directs our global reinvention initiatives. Her expertise lies in effectively counseling clients on ambitious transformations, including hypergrowth, large-scale digital and analytics implementations, sustainability-driven changes, and leveraging M&A for transformation. Sandra has been instrumental in supporting multiple scale-ups and hypergrowth companies.

As the leader of the Sustainability Practice in France, Sandra leverages her expertise in transformation to support global energy leaders through their transition and to guide green business building scale-ups. Recently, she organized the inaugural Green Business Building Summit in France, gathering over 100 start-ups, scale-ups, industry leaders, and green finance pioneers to explore the potential for green growth in the country.

Additionally, Sandra has been a driving force behind our research into Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) within companies for over 15 years. She has co-authored the Women Matter series of reports, a global annual research project focusing on gender diversity and its correlation with performance. She also launched the first Diversity of Origins Barometer in France.
