He specializes in end-to-end business transformations, which typically include growth, marketing, sales, and organizational redesign topics.

Prior to his consulting experience, Ricardo led Unilever’s savory and beverage business units in Mexico, where he also held marketing and finance leadership roles.

In addition to his work at the firm, Ricardo is a married father of two boys and an avid tennis player, road cyclist, and fisherman.
