Prashanth is a senior partner in our New Jersey office. He is a leader in our Healthcare Systems & Services, Private Equity & Principal Investors, and Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practices. He serves health insurers, health services, private-equity, and technology clients on a broad range of issues including growth strategy, corporate finance and investing, performance transformation, and driving greater healthcare value.
Prashanth coleads our healthcare domains/centers of excellence (with more than 300 colleagues). Within this group, Prashanth has incubated and grown our domains focused on healthcare services and technology topics and on healthcare payments (focused on payment integrity, risk adjustment, medical management, and pharmacy cost optimization.) He has also built from ground up an over 50 person team of consultants, data scientists, clinical experts, and technologists focused on serving clients on these issues.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Prashanth was a business analyst and business-development leader at a digital business-consulting firm where he served large national health insurer clients on operations and technology issues. He is also a certified managed healthcare professional (MHP).
