Nicola is a senior partner in McKinsey’s Milan office. He leads the firm’s Infrastructure sector globally and the Travel, Logistics & Infrastructure Practice in Europe.
Nicola advises leading organizations on end-to-end transformations, with a particular focus on international expansion and technology-enabled growth. He helps operators and investors generate additional value by accelerating growth, capturing opportunities from digital technologies, and optimizing major investment programs. He brings extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and performance improvement.

- designing and implementing a multiyear transformation for a major passenger-transport operator, focusing on digital transformation and international expansion
- defining a smart-mobility and e-mobility growth strategy for a leading global OEM
- designing and implementing value-creation plans for portfolio companies of major infrastructure funds through capital excellence and tech-enabled programs
