This has seen Martin deliver successful transformations for clients across Europe and Asia, in sectors that include telecommunications, technology, and financial services.

Martin’s focus is translating strategy into action and turning disruption into opportunity. He considers all aspects of an organization’s operating model to deliver large scale transformations that create leading customer experiences, and strong financial performance — all enabled by digital, technology, and analytics.

Prior to moving to Australia, Martin was with McKinsey in his native Stockholm, Sweden, where he served clients across the Nordics and UK.
