Jon is a senior partner who has worked in McKinsey’s London and New York offices. He collaborates with insurers and asset managers around the world to tackle strategic issues, increase operational effectiveness, and optimise organisational design. Over the past 30 years, Jon has led our insurance work in North America, as well as co-led McKinsey’s special initiative on managing large global organisations and the North American Financial Services Practice. He currently leads our insurance work in London, helping to develop and exchange knowledge and expertise globally.
Most recently, Jon has helped a leading retirement company to acquire and integrate a top-15 retail asset manager, supported the turnaround strategy of a leading general insurer in the United Kingdom, and built a digital growth strategy for a top-five life and retirement carrier in the United States.
Jon serves as treasurer of the Beaverkill Mountain Club and is a council member of Earthjustice. He is a certified public accountant, licensed in the state of California.
