Jason is a core leader of McKinsey’s Strategy & Corporate Finance Practice and Leap by McKinsey, our business-building practice, with a focus on healthcare. He serves not-for-profit, for-profit, and government-healthcare systems on enterprise strategy, helping health systems build diversified business entities and accelerate revenue diversification activities. Examples of his recent client work include the following:

  • building and accelerating the revenue diversification agenda for a large regional health system, resulting in the launch of an innovative diversified holding company
  • advising the board and leadership of a multistate regional health system on several programmatic M&A deals, alongside strategic and institutional investors
  • leading an enterprise performance transformation for a regional not-for-profit health system, including a comprehensive M&A blueprint across acute, ambulatory, and other services
  • advising leadership of a not-for-profit health system on a shared services outsourcing and commercialization partnership with a large healthcare organization
