Franck is a senior partner based in Paris. He leads McKinsey’s Retail Practice in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
He counsels companies in the consumer sector—primarily in the retail, food services, and hospitality—as well as in the fashion, luxury, and beauty sectors in both the definition and implementation of strategy and in developing programs to optimize operational performance.
He led several large-scale transformation projects, from strategy to implementation, with an approach that integrates human, organizational, operational, and cultural matters. He also regularly supports family offices in transitions and long-term transformations.
Prior to this role, Franck led McKinsey France’s Consumer Packaged Goods and Strategy & Corporate Finance Practices.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2008, Franck worked for ten years in the automotive industry, occupying various roles in France and abroad, including as a CFO.
