Franck is a senior partner based in Zurich. He leads McKinsey’s Retail Practice in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He is also in charge of McKinsey family-operated businesses in Europe.

He has outstanding expertise in the consumer sector —primarily in packaged goods, and in the retail, food services, and hospitality—as well as in the fashion, luxury and beauty sectors. Franck led the definition and implementation of growth strategies as well as helping developing programs to optimize operational performance.

He led several large-scale transformation projects, from strategy to implementation, with an approach that integrates human, organizational, operational, and cultural matters. He also regularly supports family-operated businesses in their growth transformation.

Prior to this role, Franck led McKinsey consumer sector and Strategy & Corporate Finance Practices in France.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2008, Franck worked for ten years in the automotive industry, occupying various roles in France and abroad, including as a CFO of the commercial division.
