About Franck

Franck is a senior partner based in Paris. He leads McKinsey’s Retail Practice in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and the firm's work in the consumer sector in France.

Franck has extensive experience in strategy and transformation topics across consumer-facing industries. He counsels companies primarily in the retail, food services, beauty and apparel, fashion, and luxury sector. With his management consulting and operational experience, he works with senior leaders and their management teams to drive growth and performance transformations.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Franck worked for ten years at Renault-Nissan in several regions, ultimately serving as CFO in Italy. Franck has graduated from Rouen Business School of Management and joined the Global Executive Training program at INSEAD.
