Franck’s widespread experience in performance transformation includes merger management and recovery and transformation services. He has headed several transformation programs in retail to generate rapid performance improvement and support alliances.
As leader of McKinsey’s Strategy & Corporate Finance Practice in France, Franck helps companies across industries to achieve notable success regarding strategic issues, such as growth strategies, portfolio strategies, and acquisitions.
Before joining McKinsey, Franck worked in the automotive industry for 10 years, both in France and abroad. At Nissan Italy, where he served ultimately as CFO, he set up the business controls function in several different regions and carried out a successful turnaround plan.
