About Elena

Elena joined the Moscow office in 2001 and is a member of McKinsey’s Public Sector Practice. She specializes in projects for the public sector, including improving public regulation, planning, and executing reforms; developing growth strategies for regions, industries, innovation clusters, and development institutes; and improving the efficiency of public administration.

Before joining McKinsey, Elena was CEO of a Russian operator of an iridium satellite-communication system.
