- transforming a mining company with operations in Brazil and Peru, achieving significant cash impact through volume and productivity improvements
- implementing a lean-operations program for a multibillion-dollar consumer products company, achieving double-digit productivity improvements at several of its plants
- leading the turnaround of a struggling copper-mining operation, including careful capital management that reduced the cost base by more than 35 percent while a production uplift increased revenues
