As a member of McKinsey'sElectric Power & Natural Gas Practice in North America, Anton heads our procurement efforts in corporate transformation and is a leader for the firm's capital productivity work. He has led major McKinsey research efforts in the areas of sustainability, renewable energy, and technology innovation.

In addition, Anton has led multiple engagements focusing on performance transformation and organizational redesign for electric power companies (including generation, transmission, distribution, and overhead functions), growth strategy, renewable energy strategy, and energy efficiency, building roadmaps for disruptive technologies, operations (including purchasing and supply chain), capital productivity, environmental and regulatory strategy, and fuel strategy.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Anton worked in Moscow, Russia as a consultant at Tyumen Oil Company, a managing consultant at LUKoil, and a legal counsel at Derzhava commercial bank.
