Annabel is a senior fellow at the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI), where she contributes to research on the net-zero transition and climate adaptation. Her work focuses on helping leaders understand the economic implications of climate change, including pathways to resilient, sustainable, and inclusive growth across regions and sectors.

Within MGI, Annabel has worked on multiple research efforts across the climate agenda, spanning the net-zero transition, physical climate risk, and adaptation. She has also advised governments, businesses, and philanthropic organizations on climate transition scenarios, the allocation of climate finance, and the economic impacts of physical climate risk.

Prior to joining MGI, Annabel worked both as a McKinsey consultant and in climate-focused consulting roles spanning three continents. She holds an MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from the London School of Economics, as well as degrees in civil engineering and mathematics.
