McKinsey will give me the opportunity to better understand the economy and industries in my country, and by extension, a chance to make positive changes in Nigeria.

Why McKinsey?

In my final year of university, I was unsure about what to do next. I wanted a job that would provide an opportunity for professional development and exposure to other fields outside of finance. McKinsey’s model of working directly with clients across various sectors and experts across the globe was unique and hugely influential in my decision to apply. I was also excited by the possibility of having ongoing trainings throughout my journey as a consultant.

Why Lagos?

McKinsey’s expansion into Africa is a story I want to be part of. Coming from Nigeria, this personally affects my life and career development. McKinsey Lagos offers me the opportunity to better understand the economy and industries in my country, and by extension, a chance to make positive change in Nigeria.

More about myself?

I love languages. I speak both French and English fluently. I am also very active in sports (rugby, football, and athletics) and once hoped to be a footballer. That didn’t work out so I have to settle for the weekly five-a-side sessions on Thursdays!
