McKinsey Achievement Awards

These awards aim to recognize and support talented people who may be currently underrepresented in leadership roles. This includes individuals who are the first in their family to earn a higher-education academic degree, individuals who self-identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community, or individuals who self-identify as women.

Next Generation Women Leaders

Our NGWL events are multi-day workshops in which attendees explore the importance of women in leadership and refine their own leadership skills.


STEM Gems participants will get insights into McKinsey’s work, learn new ways to build resilience, and meet our inspiring senior leaders. To be eligible, you must self-identify as a woman, study or work in Europe and be a student or professional in the field of science, technology, engineering, or math.

Women’s Global Operations Summit

Women attendees will strengthen their operations skillset through interactive workshops led by our Operations Consultants from around the world.


African Leaders on the Move

This event is for undergraduates, post-graduates, and early-stage professionals with up to four years of experience who are passionate about working in Africa and interested in pursuing a career in consulting.


Next Generation Women Leaders Asia-Pacific

The NGWL program kicks off with a two-day virtual event on June 17-18 where attendees will explore the importance of women in leadership, develop a sense of connection and create a long-lasting community. The program will continue with weekly workshops and informative virtual sessions throughout July.

Management Consulting for Experienced Professionals in Vietnam

This virtual event is for Vietnamese-speakers with at least three years of professional experience. Attendees will learn more about our work, our people and career opportunities in our Vietnam offices.

McKinsey Women Connect

This virtual event offers the opportunity to learn more about McKinsey, while building connections with our female leaders, and engaging with like-minded women in Indonesia.

Meet McKinsey: Southeast Asia & Sri Lanka in Australia & New Zealand

This virtual event is for Vietnamese, Sri Lankan, Burmese, Indonesian, Malaysian, Thai, Singaporean and Filipino individuals, who live in Australia or New Zealand, and are interested in finding out more about a career with McKinsey in Southeast Asia and Sri Lanka.

QuantumBlack Diversity Webinar

Attendees will learn more about how QuantumBlack, the Machine Learning and AI centre of excellence for McKinsey, thinks about creating a diverse and inclusive culture.

A Place for You – Women at McKinsey provides various trainings and opportunities for women who are passionate about problem solving and creative thinking and want to learn how McKinsey helps clients transform their businesses. Get know our people and the work we do at one of our monthly Europe Open House virtual events.

Tech Thursday Europe

During this lunch & learn series attendees will find out how we help organizations grow and thrive in the digital age. They will also get to know the consultants who are passionate about the work at the crossroads of business and technology.

City Cup

At City Cup you will gain insight into the types of problems that our McKinsey data scientists solve daily. You will leave with a better understanding of the meaningful work we do with clients and the impact we create, as well as the various opportunities that McKinsey offers for tech talent.

#discoverdigital UK

#discoverdigital is an online event that will give you the chance to work on a digital business case study alongside McKinsey consultants.

Discover UK

At Discover, you will crack a real-life case, build on your strengths and learn about the various career opportunities that McKinsey offers in the United Kingdom.

Diversity Connect - Europe

This event will bring together individuals from across Europe who self-identify as having an African, Asian, Caribbean, Latin American, Middle Eastern, North African, Turkish or mixed heritage. Attendees will enjoy two days of inspirational virtual talks, workshops, discussions, and networking.

Inspire UK

At Inspire, hosted by Women as Future Leaders, you will have the opportunity to hear from inspirational speakers, develop your leadership skills, and learn how to better play to your strengths. You will get to know like-minded peers, meet McKinsey consultants, and participate in workshops, discussions, and networking.

Let’s Talk

Let’s Talk is for experienced career professionals, up to the C-suite level, who self-identify as women and are based in Europe. It is an opportunity to connect with our partners and consultants, build a network, and discover more about McKinsey and the work we do.

Proud Leaders – BeNeLux and Nordics

This event is for individuals who are based in Benelux or the Nordics, identify as LGBTQ+ or a LGBTQ+ ally, and are interested in in learning about our Belgium and Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden offices.

Proud Leaders - Europe

This event is for individuals who are from—or passionate about—Europe and self-identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning, or are an ally.

Proud Leaders - Virtual Speaker Series

This series of six webinars will focus on different aspects of our GLAM network and introduce you to some of our LGBTQ+ colleagues from across Europe.

Proud Talent - Central Europe

This event is for individuals who are from Central Europe, identify as LGBTQ+ or a LGBTQ+ ally, and are interested in learning about our Belgrade, Bucharest, Budapest, Kiev, Moscow, Prague, Warsaw, and Zagreb offices.

Solve It UK

Solve It is a competition for university students who would like to use their skills to help a non-profit to address some of their current strategic and operational challenges. Participating in this event will give you the opportunity to learn, meet like-minded peers, and do meaningful work that will have a social impact.

Unlock Your Future

Unlock Your Future is a virtual event that will give you the chance to gain insights into the work of our consultants in the Operations Practice.

Virtual Academy

Our Virtual Academy combines modules from one of our capability building programs, McKinsey Academy, as well as virtual skills workshops and a team challenge. Most Virtual Academy modules are self-paced so participants can complete them at a time suitable for them.

Women Act

Women Act is a virtual event that will give you the chance to gain insights into the sustainable projects of our consultants in the Operations Practice. In addition, you will be introduced to McKinsey’s problem-solving approach and will work on an interactive business case study linked to a sustainability topic in operations.

Women in Dual Career Couples

This event will focus on the challenges women in dual career couples face, and the ways in which McKinsey addresses the need for dual career employees to feel more supported.


WomEngineering will focus on strengthening your operations skill set. Attendees will have the chance to work on an interactive business case study with peers and McKinsey consultants. In addition, they will gain insight into McKinsey’s problem solving as well as our functional areas to deepen your knowledge in operations.

Middle East


Our edad program is for Arabic speaking students with fewer than six years of professional experience, currently enrolled in either a Bachelors, Masters, MBA, or PhD degree granting program.

North America

GLAM Spring Series

This series is for individuals in North America who are interested in learning more about GLAM, our LGBTQ+ network, and working at McKinsey. All are welcome.

Black and Hispanic & LatinX in Business

Inspire will introduce incoming MBA students in the United States who identify as Black, African–American, Hispanic, Latino or Latina, or Native American to our people and consulting.

Canada Leadership Awards

Our Canada Leadership Awards recognize and support talented students who self-identify as Black, individuals currently studying who self-identify as a member of an Indigenous community native to North America, such as First Nations, Metis, or Inuk (Inuit) and individuals currently pursuing a degree in a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) related field who self-identify as women.

Diversity Connect – North America

Diversity Connect – North America supports the professional interests and growth of talented Black, African-American, Hispanic, Latino, and/or Native American students who are pursuing a PhD, post-doctorate, MD, or JD degree.

Early Access

McKinsey Early Access introduces you to McKinsey and consulting before you start business school. It provides a chance to connect with peers across multiple campuses in the United States and build relationships with our consultants prior to the fall.

Freshman Diversity Leadership Academy

McKinsey’s Freshman Diversity Leadership Academy aims to support talented university freshmen who identify as Black, African American, Hispanic, Latino, or Native American. At this multi-day workshop, attendees explore the potential of a career in consulting and refine their problem-solving and leadership skills.


McKinsey invites students with advanced professional degrees to see what it’s like to work in management consulting at one of our six regional one-day workshops. Immersive exercises and learning will give you an insider’s look into an exciting and rewarding career at McKinsey. Insight offers a program tailored to participants with academic backgrounds in STEM and healthcare.
