Taking place in May - June 2026, this event will equip you with the insights, connections, and confidence you need to turn your ambition into impact.

Our NGWL events are intended for women and are fully transgender and nonbinary inclusive. NGWL is just one of our many worldwide programs aimed at helping individuals get to know McKinsey better.

Agenda

Next Generation Women Leaders (NGWL) Asia – Pacific is an opportunity to ask questions, and ample time to get to know one another in an informal setting. Throughout the program, attendees will participant in interactive workshops, hear from inspirations McKinsey Leaders and NGWL Alumni, and work with facilitators to further shape their leadership style. During the program, attendees will enhance their leadership skills and focus on personal and professional development – in particular, confidence, consulting tool-kit and communication skills.

How to apply

Eligibility

To be considered for NGWL Asia–Pacific, you must be currently based in or have very strong ties with the Asia-Pacific region.
