Core to our values is a commitment to help achieve meaningful social impact.
One key priority is the development of future leaders. In Sri Lanka, we are passionate about supporting high-potential local students and helping them become the next generation of leaders of Sri Lanka. In 2023, we launched Young Leaders Sri Lanka (YLSL), a 9-month capability-building program. It includes training workshops focused on a range of topics, co-leading a social impact project, networking events with Sri Lankan and international industry leaders, and personal mentoring.
For our inaugural cohort, 15 exceptional students were handpicked from a competitive pool of more than 150 applicants, embodying the promise and potential of Sri Lanka’s brightest talent.
