Margaux advises leading hospitality companies, tourism destinations, and travel organizations on strategy, growth, tech and AI, and commercial transformations. She works closely with hotel owners, operators, investors, and destination leaders to strengthen competitiveness, elevate the guest experience, and capture new sources of growth.

A recognized expert in the luxury hospitality sector, Margaux frequently advises ultra-premium hotel brands, mixed-use developments, and destinations on commercial strategy, segmentation, guest experience, and emerging traveler trends. Her experience spans convention centers, theme parks, cruise lines, and other businesses across the broader travel value chain.

Margaux has also developed more than 50 regional and country-level tourism strategies across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, North America, and Asia. She helps governments define long-term tourism aspirations, develop compelling value propositions, identify priority source markets and traveler segments, and prepare destinations for sustainable growth.

With deep expertise in data, digitization, and AI, Margaux helps organizations across the sector harness advanced analytics and gen AI to optimize commercial performance, personalize the traveler journey, and improve decision-making.
