Carlos has supported broad corporate transformations in a range of sectors and across multiple countries, including Argentina, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Panama, and Peru.
Examples of his recent client work include the following:
- redesigning the future strategy and organization for a top grocery retailer in the Caribbean by identifying opportunities to double the company size in five years.
- creating an acceleration plan for a B2C digital platform that included portfolio strategy, supply chain, growth, and internationalization
- leading the market assessment for the Colombian and Mexican food service and consumer-packaged-goods distribution from a B2B perspective as part of the preinvestment diligence of a digital start-up
