Meet our operations colleagues

“I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to spend time with a group of highly motivated, accomplished women. Not only was I inspired by each individual’s accomplishments, but I was empowered by our shared experiences and struggles as women leaders in operations. Since joining McKinsey, I have leveraged my industry experience to help utility companies develop grid modernization strategy, advised clients on public-private partnerships, and developed business cases for large scale infrastructure in North America.”

Bernice, associate, Toronto, 2018 OWL attendee

“I was hesitant to explore a career in consulting but after the OWL event I decided McKinsey was the best place to develop and grow my passion for pharmaceutical manufacturing. At OWL, I met some amazingly talented women and was excited by the work that McKinsey operations was leading. Since joining, I have been able to visit the McKinsey North America and Europe lean manufacturing centers, serve multiple pharmaceutical clients and expand my knowledge in the digital practice. The OWL event is a great place to find out if consulting is a good fit for you.”

Katie, business analyst, Boston, 2018 OWL attendee
