Fellow

You’ll take greater ownership on client engagements—leading workstreams and developing strategy alongside senior colleagues. It’s a pivotal role in consulting where you’ll deliver impact, mentor more junior team members, and deepen your expertise while contributing to the firm’s most complex challenges.

This role is offered only in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.

Summer Associate
Spend 8–10 weeks on a client team, being apprenticed on how to lead workstreams that address tough challenges facing leading organizations. Alongside clients, teammates and senior leaders in and outside the firm, you’ll build on your previous experience to deliver new insights and ideas, and in turn learn how to become a different kind of leader.
