The new CFO mandate: Prioritize, transform, repeat

Amid a raft of new duties for CFOs, results from a recent McKinsey survey suggest that finance leaders are well positioned to lead the C-suite agenda by championing transformations, digitization, and capability building.
Join us Tuesday, March 19 from 10 to 11 a.m. ET/2 to 3 p.m. GMT as partner Ankur Agrawal and co-author Priyanka Prakash discuss how the CFO's role has changed in the past 2 years and how CFOs can more effectively drive transformation processes and engage on strategy decisions. It’s clear from the numbers that CFOs face increased workloads and expectations, but they also face increased opportunities. In our experience, a focus on several core principles can help CFOs take advantage of these opportunities and strike the right balance. Learn what those are during our interactive session.
