Dave Fedewa is a partner in the Atlanta office. Since joining the firm in 2001, he has helped consumer and retail clients improve margins and drive growth through product design and broader operational improvement.

Dave previously built and led McKinsey’s work on design to value and clean sheet cost. Prior to McKinsey, he led product and engineering for a private brands business, focusing on driving growth via improving the product and overall assortment.

Currently, Dave coleads consumer and household durables in North America and the firm’s new growth by design work.
