As a leader of McKinsey’s sustainability efforts in Central Europe, and the global colead of the firm’s electric-power and natural-gas transmission and distribution sector, Viktor works with major European energy and infrastructure companies, principal investors, and financial institutions. He guides clients on navigating the opportunities and risks as Europe progresses on its path toward net-zero greenhouse gas emissions.

In the past few years, Viktor has coauthored or contributed to several McKinsey research papers, including a 2020 report that mapped a cost-effective scenario for the decarbonization of the Czech economy. He also regularly speaks at external events, sharing the newest insights from McKinsey Sustainability.
