About Viktor

Viktor is a member of McKinsey’s Electric Power & Natural Gas Practice. Viktor continues to cooperate closely with his practice colleagues–especially in the Nordic countries and Western Europe–and connects Central European companies to McKinsey’s best international knowledge and expertise. He has also led projects for private equity, infrastructure and real estate, and financial services clients, advising them on strategic, operational, and organizational projects.

His professional interests also include smart grids and data-enabled operations.
