In his roles as managing partner of McKinsey & Company in Prague and global co-lead of the firm’s power and gas grids work, Viktor works with major energy and infrastructure companies, principal investors, and financial institutions on navigating the opportunities and risks of European energy transition.

In the past few years, Viktor has coauthored or contributed to several McKinsey research papers focusing on energy transition (integration of renewables into power grids, energy storage) and decarbonization pathways for Central European countries.

Viktor also regularly represents McKinsey at external events, sharing the newest insights from McKinsey Electric Power and Natural Gas and McKinsey Sustainability.
