About Vadim

Vadim joined McKinsey in 2007. He now leads our Travel, Transport & Logistics Practice in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States.

Vadim’s main focus area is major transformation programs for municipal transport and logistics, as well as strategy, organizational-development, operational efficiency, and sales-stimulation projects for retail and fast-moving consumer-goods clients. He is experienced in designing and developing new digital companies and building client competences in new fields and at all levels.

Vadim is a certified chartered accountant. Prior to joining McKinsey, he managed a family production business and also worked at a global consulting firm.
