Vadim joined McKinsey in 2007 and manages municipal transport, logistics, telecoms, retail and fast-moving consumer goods projects. He has extensive experience in marketing, sales, strategy development, supply chain management and operations organization.

Vadim is one of the leaders of McKinsey’s Urban Transport and Retail practices.

Examples of recent projects:

  • development and implementation of a large-scale performance improvement program for a major logistics company;  
  • development and support for the implementation of a comprehensive municipal passenger transport development strategy, designed to reduce travel times and improve standards of service;   
  • development and implementation of a retail management model and sales growth program for a leading telecommunications company; 
  • design of a growth strategy in developing markets for a major hypermarket chain;
  • Russian market access strategy for an innovative international high-speed passenger transport system.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Vadim managed a family production business and also worked at KPMG.
