Vadim’s main focus area is major transformation programs for municipal transport and logistics, as well as strategy, organizational-development, operational-efficiency, and sales-stimulation projects for retail and fast-moving consumer-goods clients. He is experienced in designing and developing new digital companies from the ground up and building client competences in new fields at all levels.

Prior to joining McKinsey, he managed a family production business and also worked at a global consulting firm. He is also a certified chartered accountant.
