- leading an AI transformation for a top industrial company, helping the organization deploy agentic AI to streamline enterprise processes and improve efficiency by 50 percent
- transforming a leading US tech organization’s record-to-report process, accelerating the closing process by 40 percent
- designing a productivity program for a basic materials manufacturer, enhancing performance across multiple functions
